Maintenance Contracts

At the core of IDM's business is a professional, qualitative and timely approach to managing maintenance contracts, most specifically gas heating but also fire detection, water, general building repairs and empty property (void) works management.

We currently manage up to four thousand homes through long term heating maintenance contracts in Yorkshire, two of which were recently awarded under competition.

We have a highly trained team of engineers that are Gas Safe qualified, organised into teams that cover testing and servicing, break down cover, emergency out of hours cover and fire detection testing.

Our professional and technically competent management team provides a complete operational service for our clients and support for all on site operations.

Our approach to contract delivery imbues a culture of client respect, sensitivity, equality and fairness.

Installation Contracts

As with maintenance, the same principles, of client focus and a performance culture, apply to how we deliver contract installations. Installation programmes can either be more short term, covering a particular section of work within our clients' portfolio, or can be a long term strategy of full cyclical upgrades where care and attention in occupied dwellings is of paramount importance.

We can arrange all aspects of the work, from initial client contact and detailed surveys, to a complete works programme, health and safety management, client surveys and all correspondence and client contact during the work.

We work to suit our clients' needs, acting as a team member to advise on technical and legal matters and achieve the most value for money approach. We can take instruction to produce work on instruction or manage a programme comprehensively, reporting regularly on progress and providing information to assist clients in accordance with contract terms, to time and quality.

Comprehensive Contracts

Comprehensive contracts differ from more traditional maintenance contracts in that we offer full management services for our clients including telephone services direct, data management, complying with data protection laws, and performance management, all in addition to actual on site works delivery.

We at IDM have the necessary skills and ability to deliver comprehensive maintenance and installation contracts for a range of works, covering all operational aspects, tailored to suit our clients' requirements.
