Our site illustrates how we deliver maintenance programmes such as testing and servicing, twenty four hour emergency repairs, upgrades to heating and cooling systems, new installations and fire detection testing and repair.

In addition to these services, we install bathrooms and kitchens, offering a comprehensive programme for clients which includes tenant consultation, design and planning, flexible working,  health and safety management and after care support. 

We have also diversified so that our range now covers alternative energy installations and maintenance, such as ground and air source pumps, underfloor heating and mechanical heat recovery systems. We are currently working towards achieving the PAS 20/30 accreditation to become a Green Deal Installer, ready for the launch of the Governments Green Deal Strategy in 2013.

We work with a number of housing associations and social enterprises, on long term contracts, delivering installation and maintenance programmes, working very much in partnership to achieve common goals of affordable, quality driven services in a timely fashion, aiming to reach the highest comparable levels of customer satisfaction.

In a rapidly changing environment, where energy consumption needs to be delivered much more efficiently, we advise clients how to get the best out of existing systems and plan more strategically to provide affordable warmth and reduce CO2 emissions.
