IDM installs, services and maintains gas systems within commercial buildings and is experienced in all aspects of heating and cooling to factories, industrial and retail units, offices, schools and hospitals.

ACS accredited, we install complete heating systems incorporating plant rooms to serve buildings that need powerful but flexible primary heat sources. We specify and test, carry out purging and commissioning of new installations plus decommissioning of older installations. We install direct fired hot water heaters, radiant heating panels, commercial kitchen ranges and commercial dryers.

Based on client need we design systems to accommodate building use, install appliances, pipe-work and controls, radiators, fan convectors, pumps, expansion tanks, pressurisation units and pressure vessels.  

We install plumbing for hot and cold water, including cylinders, storage tanks, water mains, underground water pipe work, and chilled pipe work, chillers and Fan coils.

We have the facilities and expertise to manage the project from inception to completion and provide an after care service package including a twenty four hour call centre to manage a planned service and breakdown programme
